Gift Card Pocket book with Card.

Hi, Everyone!!

Now don't be shocked no coloring today!! I know it felt very strange. It is always good to try new things correct? Smiles. Anyway today at whimsystamps.com there is a challenge going on called  EZ Shape Templates Anything Goes! These EZ Shapes Files are so cool!! The EZ Shape I used is EZ ShapeGift Pouch by TLC can be found at  whimsystamps.com.
For the Gift Card Pouch I wanted the look of a pocket book. Why? You might  ask . A few years back I took a class at notjustscrap.com that my  good friend Joey was teaching. She taught us how to make  Pocketbooks. It was so cool. It just reminded me of her awesome class I took with her. This Gift Card Pouch opens to put money in, or a gift card, etc.  DP-K and Company Botantical Speciality Paper Pad. Stampin Up- Olive Ribbon, Stampin Up- 1/2 circle punch. Wild Orchid Craft Flowers, Martha Stewart- Butterfly Punch, Sentiment - Stampin Up Best Yet, VersaFine- Imperial Purple, Pearls - Pizzazzaplenty.blogspot.com Brad and Velcro from my stash.
Card- 3 panel card A2 size, DP-K and Company Botantical Speciality Paper Pad. Card stock- Bazzill Olive and Purple, Stampin Up- Very Vanilla,  Martha Stewart- Butterfly Punch, Stampin Up- Olive Ribbon, Pearls - pizzazzaplenty.blogspot.com. As for the pearls I used small, medium and large. I love the way they look in the right corner and the and left bottom corner of the card. I was inspired by my Scrapbook Sister Ann myeclecticspirit.blogspot.com/ she uses this technique a- lot. Thanks Girl. As for the butterflies with the pearls in the center. I was inspired by Pat cards2cherish.blogspot.com/. Tip-When doing three panels with DP. I cut the 1st one and label it #1, (with a pencil) then second one label it #2, then the 3rd label it  #3, then it will all match. I learned this lesson a few years back. I did not number the Dp for the 3 panels and I could not match up the flowers/design. I was not happy. I had to toss it. Also the print was so detailed!! Thought I would share.

If you  would like to have this card for your very own, I've just listed it for sale my Esty Store.  Thanks so much for stopping by and your sweet words.

Yummy For Your Tummy

Hi, Everyone!!
I hope everyone had a great weekend. For today's card I used an image called Swiss Pixie Cupcakes and also Sugar Park Bench these images are at 7 Kids College Fund. I masked the Park Bench. The image is colored with Sketch Copic Markers. The colors used  are Skin - E21 E000,E00,E13. Blush - R20 and R30. Pat uses these colors. Thanks so much.  Fine Sharpie White Poster Paint to add depth to the face. Hair- E35, E57,E33.I applied these colors for the hair using  Copic Marker Europe they have wonderful tutorials my friend Ann turned me on to them. Thanks so much. Clothes/Stockings- RV95,R93,RV91, Shoes- C5,C3,C1,C, Bench-E29,E53,E55, Cupcake Bottoms- E39, E37, E35. Prisma Pencils- Clay Rose & Olive Green. Sky- Airbrushed with B0000.
Card size is 5.75 with sewing. Cardstock- Bazzill Brown, and Lavender,  DP- DCWV The Sweet Stack. Corners- Spellbinders- Shapeabilites Pendants Fleur De Lis. I cut the small die in 1/2 for these corners. Leaves in the corners and under the image is Cheery Lynn Dies- Olive Branches these are so cool. What is amazing about them one is for the right and left of your image. I know from my experience I have a lot of branches and I always have to flip the left side. Not with this die you don't.  Flowers- Wild Orchid Crafts  with a splash of Decor Glamour Dust.  I have been seeing a lot of artist use this technique I have been trying it out very nice effect.
Lace- Wild Orchid Crafts. Cupcake frosting - Liquid Pearls White Opal and Liquid Pearls Pastel Raspberry, and Ruby Red Liquid Pearls for the cherry.  Viva Decor Glitter Liner Holo Iridescent I used on her buttons. Suzanne Dean Viva Decor. Art Deco Glamour Dust - on her wings and lace this glitter is just so fabulous. Grass - StazOn Forest Green and Cactus Green. Here is little story about this. I can't make grass. I know .When I do it looks like weeds LOL. I purchased these grass stamps set of 3 in different sizes.3 years ago on Ebay they are wonderful. - B & B stamps.  Tip- I inked up first with StazOn Forest Green then Cactus Green to give it more of a realistic look then stamped the grass under neath the image worked out very well. Sentiment- Stampin up Stamp, but I typed it out needed it to be a tad bit smaller.  White Satin Ribbon from my stash. Cloud template - Great Impressions Stamping in the Clouds. Martha Stewart- Butterfly punch.
