Hi, Everyone!
How is everyone doing for a Thursday? Smiles.For this week's challenge at mosdigitalchallenge.blogspot.com is "Die Cuts or Punches. The image I chose is Andrea and Raul which can be found here Mo Digital Pencil. I re-named them to Marlene and Kirk. I will tell you why? Smiles. I have a short story about this image. I choose this AMAZING image. It reminded me of my SIL (Marlene) and (Kirk) my hubby. My Sil transitioned over last Nov it was so sad. I still can't believe she is not with us. It seems like yesterday. I am replaying the whole thing in my head. Now she was tthe only girl out of of 6 brothers. Yep!! (She was always control LOL) She held everything together. She was all about family, parties, gathering etc. You name it.This images just reminded me so much of Marlene and Kirk. When I was designing this card I had to kept the colors nice and soft and also to boot hubby favorite colors as well. Do you know he has a Olive Green pull over? He loves it. He wears it all the time. LOL. Of course he will say No I don't. Lol. Anyway when I started coloring the images it just broke my heart I just could not get past it. Anyway I hope I made Marlene happy in doing this card? As for Kirk aka hubby he has no idea I did this card. It is dedicated to them both. Kirk misses his sister so much he just keeps it inside. He still can't believe she is in heaven. So this one is for you BABY!! With Love.
