Happy 97th Birthday Grandma

Hi, Everyone!
Sorry I have been MIA for a few weeks. My sister in law passed away and it has been rough. We are all trying to get through it. I just know that we are very blessed and god is in control. He knows our beginning and the end. Anyway tomorrow is my Grandma's 97th Birthday Party! OMW! Happy Birthday Grandma! I pray I can live to see my 97th birthday and still going strong just like Grandma. My mom is having a huge dinner party! Can't wait. Now as for the card. I have been seeing alot of these Pocket Tag Cards and I was intrigued. I just had to find out how to make it. I emailed (Dena)  http://denasstampingcorner.blogspot.com/ and (Lena) http://scrappeskreppe.blogspot.com/ Thanks so much ladies for your help! It was so easy!! Smiles. I love making different cards. I will be making a-lot more of these. I have an idea for the next one next week hopefully.

Card size 6x6 . The image I used is Hello Cupcake by Lili of the Valley Stamp. How perfect for Grandma Birthday card?  Smiles. The image is stamped with Memento Black Ink. Colored with Sketch Copic Markers. Colors used - Skin E13,E11, E21, Hair - E59, E57, E55, Hat, Dress and Shoes- R85, R83, R81, Hat, Tea Cup and Shoes - G85, G82, G40, Flower - V17, V15, V12, Socks- C3, C1, C00, Cake Stand - C5, C3,C1, Cupcakes bottoms - E59, E57, E55. Also Prisma Colored pencils with Odorless Mineral Spirits were added as well. The dress -Black Noir, Shadow around the image - Cool Grey 50%, Ground- Warm Grey 50%.  Frosting on Cupcakes- Liquid Pearls - Pastel Raspberry, White Opal, and Ruby Red.  Card Stock- Whisper White, Chocolate Chip and  Pretty In Pink - Stampin Up, DP- Gossamer by Memory Box. OMW! I just love this paper stack. CuttleBug Embossing folder called - Happy Birthday it is  under the Cheery Lynn Dies- French Pastry Doily and Carnival Border,  Nestabilites - Small Circle, Ballons - Ek Success punch. I used Vellum Paper from my stash, Quickutz die- Photo Corner in the corner, Wild Orchid Craft  Flowers and White Pearl Spray, Leaves- Sizzix Branch with leaves die. I also used my Fiskar Paper Crimper on the leaves to give it texture. Pink and White Ribbon from my stash. The teacup and saucer. I added Judikins to give it a ceramic look, Glamour Dust Decor Arts Glitter on the cake stand, and shoes. Pearls are from my stash.

Sentiment Tag-Cheery Lynn Die - French Pasty Die with the pearl. What I did. I glued two of the dies together back to back to make it stronger since the sentiment tag card goes inside the Pocket Tag Card Image card. Two side brackets I punched with a Martha Stewart Page around the Page punch - Deco Flowers (I used the Corner one) The Three Tags- Marianne Design Creatable Decorative Tags. They are just beautiful! The sentiment is computer generated. Quick tip for both of these cards. Image Card- I used Red Line tape on the inside of the image card (The right and left side). Sentiment Card- Red Line Tape was used behind the Doily and the brackets to give it more support since both of these cards go inside of each other. The stronger the better.  Red Line and Score Tape are very forgiving.  Thanks for stopping by.
